A bold, beautiful tribute to California’s state flower. This large-format photograph from Barloga Studios captures a California poppy in luminous detail, with its silky, cup-shaped petals and warm golden-orange glow that lights up hillsides and roadsides across the state each spring. It’s printed with archival inks on English watercolor paper, whose softly textured surface gives the image a rich, painterly depth. At 20" x 30", it’s a statement piece made to be the focal point of a room, above a sofa, bed, or console, or anchoring a gallery wall. Barloga Studios is a Northern California family business, with three generations of photographers dedicated to printing on beautiful, handcrafted papers. Each print is signed and named by hand. It’s a meaningful gift for a proud Californian, a gardener, or anyone who loves the golden colors of a California spring.
