Its always our intention to satisfy our customers. Please review our return and exchange policy and contact us with any questions you may have.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Regular Priced Merchandise:
All returns will be accepted in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.
Sale Merchandise:
All sale merchandise purchased will only be eligible for exchange or store credit. No refunds to the original form of payment will be issued on discounted items.
Final Sale Merchandise:
All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at natasha@hometownhmb.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
