These oval bowls from Montes Doggett are made for everyday use, the kind you keep reaching for. Each one is hand-molded in a partner studio in Peru using traditional techniques, and a single piece can take up to 15 days to make. Because they’re handmade, every bowl has slight variations in shape and glaze. They’re high-fired for strength, so they go straight into the microwave and dishwasher. The three sizes nest together, so you can serve a big salad or roasted vegetables in the largest, pasta or fruit in the middle one, and olives, dips, or a scoop of Oaktown spices in the smallest.
