Springtime, caught in the act of unfolding. This photograph from Barloga Studios captures poppies just as they open, with their papery petals beginning to unfurl and their slender stems bending gently toward the light. It’s a soft, hopeful moment that feels full of new beginnings. It’s printed with archival inks on English watercolor paper, whose gently textured surface gives the image a delicate, painterly glow. Barloga Studios is a Northern California family business, with three generations of photographers dedicated to printing on beautiful, handcrafted papers. Each print is signed and named by hand. Frame it to suit your style, or group it with the Single Poppy, Collective Poppies, and California Poppy Flower prints for a cheerful floral gallery wall. It’s a lovely gift for a new home, a graduate, or anyone starting a fresh chapter.
