Sun-cracked blood oranges, steeped in smoked rye whiskey, weave through the heat of red jalapeño and the bright whisper of grapefruit. Sea salt carries the breath of Pacific tides, tangled with wild kelp and thyme. Waves of smoked coriander seed, white pepper, and sumac splash against the deep roots of onion, garlic, and sweet paprika. A drop of white vinegar sharpens the edges — a brine of memory, a bite of the wild coast.
